Guess Who's Back...
Well, I'm back from the Great Beyond, and oddly enough it seems life has gone on without me. I don't even know where to begin... The things I've seen, the horrible & wonderous things I've had to do, the issues I've solved... I left as a Man, so there's no telling exactly what I've come back as. BEWARE!

If you are really trying to dispel the rumour that you are gay, you should be more careful with your grammar.
"I left a man" means that you left a man, presumably referring to the end of some sort of romantic relationship.
I think you mean "I left as a man".
I don't know what you're talking about ;)!
